Payments by Mail
Assessment Payments can be mailed to:

(Mail sent to this address is delivered directly to the Association's bank for automated check depositing, so it is only to be used for mailing assessment payments)
Payments by Bill Pay
AHPCA accepts Bill Pay payments that are originated by you through your bank or other financial institution.

When setting up your Bill Pay account to pay your quarterly assessment payments, please use the complete account number shown on your AHPCA statement (C127-xxxxx-x) and the payment address to the left.
Payments by ACH
Payments are deducted automatically by AHPCA from your bank account. Please print the ACH authorization form (coming soon) and then mail the completed form along with a voided check to the address below.

For the account number on the ACH form, please use the account number on your AHPCA statement (C127-xxxxx-x).
